Once Your Return Is Received And Inspected, We Will Notify You Of The Approval Or Rejection Of Your Refund Request.

If Approved, Instead Of A Monetary Refund, We Will Issue A Redeem Code Equivalent To The Refund Value. This Code Will Be Credited As Redeemable Points, Which You Can Use Towards Your Future Orders On Our Platform.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders, The Same Redeem Code Process Will Apply Upon Approval.

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 working days of delivery. Exchanges are only applicable for defective items or size issues, subject to stock availability.

5. Return Procedure

Returns can be initiated through our Return Request Form or by contacting our support team.

Our team will guide you through the process — including pickup or self-shipping instructions.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to a customer-related reason (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
